Man is a programmed instrument.
An intrinsic part of his programming creates the delusion that he is an individual entity and the doer of his actions.
It so happens that some of the programmed instruments are programmed to seek power, some others to seek glory and yet others to seek pleasure. Some of the programmed instruments are programmed to seek their source code.

It is an interesting concept but then where does free will come in? And if it doesn't, does it even exist?
ReplyDeleteThe real question here is not about Free Will – as in freedom to choose and decide your action – but about the consequences of your actions. Think about it, have you ever had 100% control over the consequences of your actions? If not, then I say, your Free Will is cross-eyed: it aims for something, gets something else.
